Please join us for a soul food dinner, health screenings, fellowship, and a great program. Edmund Carleton Brown will be our guest of honor, and William Jones will be our Master of Ceremonies. LCHC Providers will talk about taking charge of your health. Speakers include: Hanna Haptu, MD, internist and infectious disease specialist; Mercy Simpson, BSW, LPN, Patient Navigator; and Kimberly Roberts-Schultheis, MD, psychiatrist and addictions specialist.
