The Acorn Gallery in Marblehead, located at 41 State Street, offers art classes for those trying to compose a portfolio. Interested parties between the ages 5 and up are welcome to attend the portfolio development classes Monday-Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Following the completion of the your portfolio,you may be eligable for a full or partial scholarship to institutions geared toward visual art. The Upward Bound Program at North Shore Community College is now accepting applications for new students. We serve first generation college-bound and modest income students.
