SESPP

We would like to bring attention to a great program.  The SESPP (Special Education Surrogate Parent Program) recruits and trains volunteers across the state of Massachusetts to act as special education decision-makers for children who are in in the custody of a state agency.  These children have no parent or guardian available to make these decisions on their behalf.  Please see the attached flier for information on ways you can help.

Lynn CITYWIDE Youth Council: Third Meeting
