Liquor Store Compliance Checks

I'd like to thank volunteers from Girls Inc. & Part of the Solution as well as teens from a neighboring community and the Lynn PD SIU for participating in this latest round of liquor store compliance checks. By working together on the compliance check operation, adults and teen volunteers send the message that the Lynn community cares about the well-being of its youth and that community members take steps to limit the availability of alcohol to youth.

Results of the this round of checks were promising, with statistics remaining the same as they were during the last set of compliance checks: both this summer and fall, one store sold alcohol to a minor.
