Teens participate in anti-underage drinking campaign
Eleven Lynn teenagers recently took part in a sticker shock campaign to inform local adults about underage drinking laws. By posting stickers and posters in several city liquor stores, the group is reminding adults to obey the law. On Oct. 22 and 23, teen volunteers and adult chaperones placed stickers and signs that read, “Hey You!! It is ILLEGAL to provide alcohol for people under 21!” on alcohol containers in six participating Lynn liquor stores. Part of a continuing statewide campaign to discourage adults over 21 from providing alcohol to minors, the Lynn sticker shock is part of a cooperative effort between Lynn’s Part of the Solution youth council, Communities that Care, Girls Inc., and the MADD Massachusetts Youth in Action program.

It's great to see kids
It's great to see kids taking action against underage drinking I think this will help prevent them from drinking and driving when they become legal age to drink. I'm sure it'll also curb alcoholism and people going to alcohol treatment
Did everyone see this in the
Did everyone see this in the newspaper??!
