Eligibility restrictions: Must be a pregnant woman or new mother living in and around Lynn who: is dealing with stress, smoking, homelessness, depression, substance abuse, or violence; has a current or previous high risk pregnancy; needs to find prenatal care; or is a teenager having her second or third baby.
