Holiday Happenings at the Lynn Museum

The Delvena Theater Company, renown for its dramatic and colorful portraits of historical figures, gets in the act again at the Lynn Museum on Saturday, December 6 at 1:00 pm and Thursday, December 11 at 6:00 pm.

Perfect for family audiences, the program will present the Delvena Theater Company in the portrayal of an historical figure, Louisa May Alcott.  Dressed in period costume, the actors will bring history to life.  Following the short presentation, families will be invited to participate in a special hands-on holiday card making activity.  Cards can be taken home as Museum souvenirs or sent to soldiers overseas as a personal gesture of appreciation to our troops.

The program is free and appropriate for family audiences. Refreshments will be served.  Complete your visit with a stop at the Museum Shop which is stocked with unique holiday gifts from Lynn.  For more information, please contact Dena Capano by phone at (781) 581-6200 or by email at office@lynnmuseum.org.
