NSCC announces Environmental Horticulture in Lynn

North Shore Community College is proud to introduce their new program in Environmental Horticulture on their Lynn Campus.

At its heart it’s a program for those wishing to expand their understanding of sustainable and environmentally sound horticultural practices and improve their employment opportunities.

Enrollees can look forward to new courses including:
Organic and Sustainable Food Production
Plants for the New England Landscape
Fundamentals of Plant Health 
Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship

This new program also includes a spring internship with local supporting businesses to help students explore employment options, sharpen their job skills and earn college credit.
